We’re Hulya and Mark, the husband and wife team behind Tabure. Our restaurant reflects a passion for great food and service, and a genuine desire to offer diners something new and refreshing on the high street. Today, we invite you to enjoy a unique dining experience, to celebrate the very best of Mediterranean cuisine with friends and family and above all, to share with love.

Our Food

Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, a meat eater, a fresh fish fanatic or following a gluten free & dairy free diet our menu has something to delight every palette as we prepare everything fresh in house.

“Tabure is a reflection of Hulya’s childhood in Turkey, cooking with her mother, family and friends, buying fresh ingredients from sustainable sources, always aware of the provenance. Our food is something of a melting pot, with an array of dishes from all regions.

All our meat is organic / free range, sourced directly from two farms in the Welsh valleys. Rhug Farm Organic supply are lamb and beef. Capestone Organic supply our chicken. We use only the freshest fish from sustainable sources delivered to us daily, and our vegetables are prepared fresh by our chefs in our own kitchens.

The details are important, but more than anything Tabure is about sharing great food with friends and family.

Private Catering

Are you planning a large party, celebration or event? Why not let Tabure provide your catering. We are used to preparing our delicious food for large numbers every day. With our artisan dips, organic meat and fresh fish and salads prepared in house we can prepare a feast fit for any event.
